Creekside Villas at Snowshoe

ETB provided a new facade renovation concept design for an existing multi-building condo development at Snowshoe, WV. Individual owners were surveyed and presented with options related to preferences for exterior colors, entry elements and other possible improvements.



The “ski lodge” vernacular was the theme throughout the complex. 

Design concepts were coordinated with on-going facility repairs being conducted by the homeowners. Our goal was to remedy pre-existing issues and damage caused by insufficient waterproofing.
